The OECD iLibrary is now Open Access 19.08.2024

The content of the OECD iLibrary has become open from 1 July 2024.  All OECD publications are freely available for reading and downloading.

OECD iLibrary is the online library of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) featuring its books, papers, podcasts and statistics and is the knowledge base of OECD's analysis and data.

The new terms of use are available on the OECD website.
